Purchaser – Aviation Parts and Services

About the role

The Purchaser will source and purchase aviation parts, equipment and services, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and supporting production schedules. This onsite position in Dubai focuses on cost‑effective purchasing and timely delivery to support aircraft maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase aviation parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers, presenting competitive options to planning and production teams.
• Manage vendor selection, evaluate performance, negotiate contracts and coordinate with freight forwarders to avoid shipment delays.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by forecasting demand, placing orders and ensuring seamless material flow.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with FAA/EASA regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate purchase orders and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or related field; aviation experience preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA) and procurement best practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication and vendor‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using supply chain management software.
• Ability to work with data analytics tools for procurement metrics.
