Purchasing & Order Coordinator

About the role

The Purchasing & Order Coordinator will manage purchase orders for three brands across multiple channels, ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, the warehouse, and finance. You will be responsible for order entry, inventory tracking, and expense processing in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up purchase orders with suppliers, warehouse, and finance to confirm receipt and close orders in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory.
• Enter purchase orders in ERPLY and create bills/record goods receipt in Zoho Inventory.
• Monitor stock availability, place monthly supply orders, and obtain approvals via Zoho Expenses.
• Submit expense and vendor claims, and register new items (pricing, units, brand, barcode) in both systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payment processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or a related field (candidates with strong experience may be considered).
• 1–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or order coordination.
• Background in retail, FMCG, distribution or trading companies preferred.
• Experience working with multiple brands and both POS/retail and accounting/inventory systems.
• Familiarity with the UAE market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERPLY (or comparable POS system).
• Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expenses (or similar cloud solutions).
• Intermediate Excel skills for tracking orders and price lists.
• Strong attention to detail for pricing, units, and stock quantities.
