QA Officer – Food Quality System

About the role

A Reliance Human Resources Consultancy vacancy for a QA Officer in Sharjah, with a food industry background. The role ensures product quality and compliance with food safety standards. Working days are 6 per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and local and international candidates are accepted.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)
• Carry out routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished goods
• Perform lab testing, sampling and inspection according to standards
• Maintain QA documentation, COAs, non-conformance reports and audit records
• Handle internal and external audits and customer complaints
• Coordinate with Production and QC teams on corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Monitor GMP, GHP and personal hygiene on the shop floor

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Food Quality System
• Experience in a flour mill or food manufacturing preferred
• Good documentation and communication skills

Required skills

• HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 knowledge is mandatory
