QA Technician – Batch Release & Documentation

About the role

Julphar is seeking a QA Technician to support batch release activities and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. The role involves handling manufacturing and packaging documentation, updating release trackers, and coordinating with quality control and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and distribute manufacturing and packaging documents from all Julphar sites and the Physical Lab.
• Enter batch details into the release tracker and keep it up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COA) before batch release.
• Compile and archive manufacturing and packaging documentation after release.
• Support the batch review team by managing batch files and updating related trackers.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Batch Release Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work disciplinedly with multiple stakeholders and follow reporting procedures.

Required skills

• Expert level proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
