QA/QC Manager

About the role

DEOW International is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality initiatives within its manufacturing operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role will oversee the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, manage inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage QA/QC inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Handle non‑conformance reports (NCR), root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Plan and conduct internal, external and third‑party quality audits.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 QMS implementation and maintenance.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of ASTM, BS and EN standards.
• Experience with NCR, RCA and CAPA processes.
• Conducting quality audits.
