QC Line Inspector

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time QC Line Inspector in Dubai for a manufacturing position. The inspector inspects products and production processes on the manufacturing line to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications and internal quality plans, identifies defects, documents findings and works with production teams to maintain product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production and finished products against quality standards
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks and other tests using appropriate tools and gauges
• Detect, record and report non-conformances, defects, deviations or discrepancies
• Monitor compliance with technical drawings, specifications and quality plans
• Complete inspection reports, quality check sheets and keep accurate records
• Coordinate with production and QC teams to start corrective actions and resolve quality issues
• Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and fit for use
• Support continuous improvement and quality performance KPIs on the production floor

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 1-5 years of quality inspection experience, depending on industry

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards, ISO concepts and inspection techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
