Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will plan, coordinate and implement quality management and improvement programmes for dnata’s global air and travel services. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure that policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently applied and that customers receive the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and compile process compliance audits, raise audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate second‑party audits with business units and external providers to verify contractual conformance.
• Administer customer feedback, collaborate with line and support teams to implement timely corrective actions.
• Review and update documentation, identify bottlenecks and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical and administrative support for training, customer surveys, audit preparation, meetings and management reviews.
• Undertake internal reviews of customer complaints, collate information and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Experience conducting audits and managing compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and regulatory changes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple business units and external partners.
• Excellent analytical skills for reviewing documentation and identifying improvement areas.
