About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager will proactively improve the company's quality systems through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and collaboration with key partners to gather constructive feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer‑service standards.
- Identify potential risks early, focusing on root‑cause analysis and preventive action.
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.
Required profile
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
