Quality Control Inspector – Product QC

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector will ensure that all products, parts, assemblies and sub‑assemblies meet technical specifications and quality standards within the Dubai distribution centre. The role involves performing visual and dimensional inspections, maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and procedures to verify product requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using mechanical inspection equipment and monitoring tools.
• Maintain inspection logs, calibration records and generate non‑conformance reports.
• Collaborate with site quality and manufacturing engineering on root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and Kaizen projects.
• Participate in quality audits, material review boards and may program or calibrate inspection equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical quality control experience, preferably in oilfield services or equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Ability to work day shift in a warehouse/QC environment, handling heavy parts and navigating forklift traffic.

Required skills

• Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
• Use of monitoring and measuring equipment for verification.
• Mechanical inspection equipment operation.
• Electrical QC and ESD handling (a plus).
• Proficiency with SAP, Outlook and Excel.
