Quality Inspector (E&I)

About the role

The Quality Inspector (E&I) ensures that products and installations meet customer specifications and project quality standards. Working under moderate guidance, the role focuses on daily inspections, non‑conformity identification, and coordination with various stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in line with the Project Quality Plan.
• Identify non‑conformities, raise corrective action documentation, and ensure final resolution.
• Appraise product quality against approved drawings and Inspection & Test Plans, documenting all results.
• Coordinate with Operations, Certifying Authority, client representatives, job‑sharing personnel, and subcontractors to assure compliance.
• Proactively prevent problems by interacting with production, engineering, and management teams.
• Liaise with customer representatives to confirm product conformity and obtain stage releases as defined in the Project Quality Plan/ITP.

Required profile

• High school diploma or a relevant degree.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Control or related experience (8 years if only a diploma is held).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
