Quality Manager – SEHA Research Center

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives at the SEHA Research Center. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee a comprehensive quality improvement program aligned with organizational needs and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with all departments to implement, evaluate and refine quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with JCIA standards and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage data collection, analysis and performance measurement systems.
• Lead patient‑satisfaction measurement projects, including surveys, focus groups and mystery shopper programs.
• Supervise external research suppliers and internal staff involved in quality studies.
• Prepare and present quality reports to regulatory agencies and senior management.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships to support quality programs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare quality environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., JCIA).
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Experience in developing and reviewing quality improvement policies and procedures.
