Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit Out

About the role

Mohamed Hilal Group is looking for a diligent Quantity Surveyor to join its interior fit‑out team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantities and cost estimates, developing initial budget proposals and cost plans for interior fit‑out projects.
• Handle tender documents, including preparation, evaluation, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Draft and manage agreements between project parties, facilitating smooth contractual relationships.
• Monitor project expenditures to keep projects within budgetary constraints.
• Prepare final accounts, reconcile total project costs, and oversee timely payments to stakeholders.
• Generate and submit payment applications to clients and coordinate payment certificates for subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar construction role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
