R&D Professional – Hair & Skin Care

About the role

Dabur is looking for an experienced R&D professional to lead product innovation for its Hair Care and Skin Care lines in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves managing formulation development, scale‑up, and technology transfer from concept through to market launch while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development initiatives for hair and skin care categories.
• Develop, test and optimise innovative formulations.
• Oversee technology transfer and scale‑up activities with manufacturing units.
• Maintain adherence to Quality Management Systems, GMP, EMS and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Packaging, Quality and Operations to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of dedicated R&D experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Pharma.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to commercialization.
