Real Estate Agent – Off‑Plan & Secondary Market

About the role

AVITO Homes is seeking full‑time Real Estate Agents based in Dubai to drive sales of off‑plan projects and secondary market properties. You will prospect leads, conduct viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads, presenting off‑plan and secondary listings.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and review sales documentation and coordinate with developers, buyers and internal teams.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of listings and achieve defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate sales, preferably in off‑plan and secondary markets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate regulations and RERA certification (or eligibility).
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi or Chinese are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work onsite.
