About the role

The Real Estate Broker will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, managing client relationships and guiding them through buying, selling, and investing in residential and luxury properties. You will act as a market expert, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions while delivering superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, guiding clients through each transaction stage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance and smooth deal closure.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in real estate and the Dubai market.
• Proven brokerage experience, handling transactions from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and hold a relevant real‑estate licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset.
