About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven recruiter who specialises in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market. The successful candidate will use an existing network of top‑performing agents and brokers to attract high‑calibre talent for a fast‑growing brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Source, headhunt and engage top‑performing secondary‑market agents and brokers.
• Leverage industry contacts to build a pipeline of resale‑focused professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior leadership to support the expansion of the secondary sales division.
• Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activity and talent movement.
• Contribute to long‑term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within Dubai’s real‑estate sector (mandatory).
• Strong network of secondary‑market agents, brokers and industry professionals.
• Track record of building and scaling high‑performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s resale property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially minded.
• Additional language skills (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian or Portuguese) are a plus.
