About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Recruiter to join a fast‑growing sister company of the OBG Group in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, selecting and onboarding top talent for real‑estate agents, sales teams and corporate positions within the dynamic UAE property market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for real‑estate agents, sales professionals and corporate roles.
• Drive high‑volume hiring of property consultants and leasing teams.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess suitability and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and line managers.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines specific to the Dubai real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Dubai real‑estate hiring.
• Proven track record hiring brokers, sales agents and leasing staff.
• Deep understanding of local real‑estate recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
