Real Estate Registration Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Registration Officer to oversee property registration processes and ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi’s real‑estate regulations. You will act as the primary liaison between our development projects and government entities, contributing to the growth of the emirate’s real‑estate landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all transactions on the DARI & TAMM platforms, including registration, cancellation, resale, and title deed issuance.
• Handle off‑plan project registrations, interim pre‑registrations, and title deeds.
• Liaise with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) on regulatory matters.
• Review Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for legal and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real‑estate sector, preferably with a developer or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the DARI & TAMM platform.
• Experience using municipal registration systems.
