Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent (Dubai)

About the role

Betterhomes is seeking energetic Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our high‑performing team in the UAE. You will work alongside industry leaders, helping clients find their dream homes while driving the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture client relationships to secure sales and lease agreements.
• Present property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with the Client Partnership team to obtain hot live listings.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, automotive, recruitment, luxury retail, or cabin crew).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with resilience in a fast‑paced, competitive setting.
