Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on real‑estate sales talent in Dubai. The role will drive end‑to‑end recruitment of high‑performing agents and support the company’s growth by building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified real‑estate talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess suitability and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, hiring targets and timelines.
• Design and implement talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven real‑estate recruitment or talent acquisition experience in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real‑estate agents and sales professionals (preferred).
• Track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring sales talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
