Real Estate Team Leader

About the role

A real estate consultancy is looking for a Team Leader to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of property consultants in Dubai. The role covers managing the team's performance, sales strategy and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and lead conversion.
• Guide agents in generating leads, holding client meetings and closing property deals.
• Provide regular coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors and property developers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and update management.

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Dubai real estate market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary properties.
• Valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification are an advantage.
