Real Estate Telecaller

About the role

Kroft Realty, a trusted Dubai‑based property advisory firm, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join its sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, helping to generate and qualify leads, and schedule property viewings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, investors and property clients.
• Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about available properties.
• Understand client requirements, budget and preferred locations.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and messages.
• Schedule property viewings and meetings with property consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales agents to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Required profile

• Good communication skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
• Target‑oriented and motivated.
• Prior sales or telecalling experience preferred.
• Real‑estate experience is a plus.

• Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
