Real Estate Telecaller – Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Real Estate Telecaller to join our property sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, sellers and investors, turning inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for senior Property Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to leads from property portals, social media ads and internal databases.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their budget, timeline, location preferences and investment goals.
• Present overviews of residential, commercial and off‑plan listings, as well as exclusive investment opportunities.
• Schedule face‑to‑face meetings, site visits or Zoom consultations with senior agents.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with cold or dormant leads, updating them on new projects, price changes and market trends.
• Log all call outcomes, client preferences and follow‑up actions in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Agent or Customer Service Executive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident and persuasive over the phone.
• Fluency in English; additional Turkish or Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Real Estate CRM platforms such as Property Finder and PIXXI.
