Real Estate Telesales Executive (Dubai)

About the role

DNB Signature Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Telesales Executive to join its sales team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will work from a professional office environment, handling inbound and outbound calls to qualified real‑estate leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with assigned real‑estate leads via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and investment objectives to present suitable Dubai property opportunities.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Convert qualified leads into meetings, bookings, and property transactions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow‑up records.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai real‑estate.
• Proven telesales, lead conversion or property sales experience.
• Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
• Strong follow‑up, negotiation and closing ability.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and able to join immediately.
