Real Estate Trainer - French Speaker

About the role

The Real Estate Trainer – French Speaker will design and deliver high‑quality training programmes focused on Dubai’s real‑estate market, sales processes and regulatory requirements for French‑speaking brokers. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with senior management and sales teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain training materials, lesson plans and practical workshops.
• Conduct group learning sessions, business case analyses and hands‑on workshops for French‑speaking brokers.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to improve sales performance and professional development.
• Assess participants’ progress, monitor training effectiveness and report outcomes to management.
• Stay current with Dubai real‑estate market trends, new project launches and regulatory changes to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Trainer within the Dubai market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate regulations, off‑plan and secondary markets, and industry best practices.
• Previous hands‑on experience in Dubai real‑estate sales is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, coaching and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital learning tools.
