Receptionist Customer Service – Arabic Speaking

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our veterinary clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will greet pet owners, manage appointments, and provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist pet owners with a caring attitude.
- Schedule appointments, follow‑up reminders, and manage the clinic calendar.
- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate client and pet records.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Prior experience in a veterinary clinic is an advantage.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Well‑organized, calm and patient in a busy environment.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of veterinary clinic workflow.
