Receptionist – Head Office (Dubai)

About the role

Al Safadi Hospitality is seeking a professional and customer‑focused Receptionist to join its Head Office team in Dubai Production City. You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and business partners, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the front‑desk operations, greet and direct visitors, and handle incoming calls.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including mail handling and scheduling.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all security and visitor‑log procedures are followed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with basic office tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive or similar customer‑facing administrative role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Professional appearance, welcoming attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
