Receptionist (Male Arabic Speaker) – Healthcare Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff in our healthcare facility. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Register patients, verify insurance and demographic information, and manage check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Answer, screen, and direct multi‑line telephone calls.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Handle incoming mail, courier deliveries, and internal communications.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and keep transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and monitor visitor access.
• Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and supply inventory.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; office or healthcare administration certification preferred.
• Previous front‑desk or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
