About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Russian‑speaking Receptionist to join a 5‑star hotel team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check‑in and check‑out
- Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information
- Respond to calls and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and professionalism
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and able to communicate in English
- Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
What we offer
- AED 3,000 monthly package, including all allowances and service charge
