About the role
The role focuses on analysing customers' repayment problems, restructuring proposals and achieving recovery targets within the Retail Collections and Legal Team of the Credit Management Group. It requires close coordination with internal departments and external authorities to ensure swift enforcement of actions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and assess customers' repayment problems and restructure proposals to meet recovery targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper follow‑up on classified customers.
- Contact official authorities to enforce actions quickly and maintain strong relationships for information on defaulters.
- Utilise MIS reports to monitor and reduce past‑due positions.
- Provide high‑quality service to internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction.
- Meet defaulting customers, solve payment issues, and recommend appropriate actions to the Team Leader.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving abilities to address repayment challenges.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with external authorities and internal teams.
