About the role
Join Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5‑star beachfront resort, as a Recreation Attendant. You will deliver warm, personalized service to guests using the pool and wellness facilities, ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with guests, providing towels, chaise lounge covers, and assisting with set‑up of loungers and cabanas.
- Maintain pool deck cleanliness by picking up used towels and debris throughout the day.
- Create a positive first impression through meticulous cleanliness, set‑up, and ambiance control.
- Promote and up‑sell wellness and recreation offers to maximise revenue.
- Perform opening and closing duties, adhering to pool standards and procedures.
- Follow hotel fire, life‑safety and emergency protocols.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year experience as a recreation attendant.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of recreational equipment, first aid and emergency response.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.
- Professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
