Recreation Supervisor – 5‑Star Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Recreation Supervisor to lead the leisure programme at a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel. You will ensure guests enjoy a memorable and engaging recreational experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the recreation team to deliver excellent guest services.
• Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of recreational activities and events.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, clean, and safe.
• Provide assistance and information to guests regarding recreational services.
• Maintain activity schedules and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Recreation Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recreational activities and safety standards.
• Proactive, guest‑oriented mindset with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Relevant certifications in recreation or hospitality are a plus.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
