About the role

The Recruiter will support full‑cycle hiring across key departments at Driven Properties, helping to build strong talent pipelines as the business expands in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for candidates looking to launch a career in recruitment with hands‑on exposure to headhunting, salaried‑role hiring, and real‑estate agent recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for assigned departments, collaborating with senior recruiters.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach and referrals, gaining experience in multi‑channel sourcing.
• Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, social media and the company careers page.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates for senior review.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruitment events, campaigns and networking activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment, sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Genuine interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold contacting.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple open roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders.
