Recruitment Consultant – Data Centres & Digital Infrastructure

About the role

Auxo Talent Group is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its Technology and Infrastructure division in Dubai. This role focuses on data centres, digital infrastructure, AI, cloud and related critical technology markets, offering the chance to build and own a specialist portfolio across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client portfolio within the UAE technology and infrastructure sector.
• Win new business and nurture existing client relationships.
• Source, attract and assess high‑quality candidates for specialist roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Conduct market mapping and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Auxo’s global teams and international markets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of 360 recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Background recruiting for data centres, digital infrastructure, AI, cloud or related technology markets.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and resilience in a target‑driven environment.
