About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role you will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, ensuring the right match for the company's hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates for open positions.
- Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships within the market and talent pool.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Goal‑oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
