Recruitment Consultant – Relocation to Dubai (UK/EU)

About the role

Join Halian as a Recruitment Consultant and relocate from the UK or EU to Dubai, one of the fastest‑growing technology hubs in the world. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, digital and professional services across the UAE and the wider Middle East, while building a high‑performing client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and win new clients across the UAE through networking, referrals and targeted sales activity.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Source high‑calibre candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and professional networks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, hiring activity and sector conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and placement targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within technology or professional services.
• Strong business development and client‑facing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using CRM or recruitment management systems.
