Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in a leading road and infrastructure company based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in HR systems and generate regular reports.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting white‑collar and blue‑collar talent, preferably in construction, road or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
