Recruitment & Executive Search Internship

About the role

Tandem-Interim is seeking a motivated intern to support its recruitment and executive search activities in Business Bay, Dubai. The internship lasts 3‑6 months with immediate start and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultants throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support talent acquisition and business development initiatives.
• Prepare candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and maintain the recruitment database.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong interest in recruitment, sales or business development.
• Comfortable using AI tools for task automation.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Eager to learn and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Dubai and able to work from the Business Bay office.
