Recruitment Manager - Emiratisation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function, develop recruitment strategies and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team, driving productivity, performance and continuous development.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.
• Partner with senior management to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing strategies and channels.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external partners, monitor performance and provide regular reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE recruitment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 8–12+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction, engineering, contracting or infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with senior leadership.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies and recruitment analytics.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems.
