About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead full‑cycle hiring for a fast‑growing international shipping and logistics company in Dubai. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring strategies.
- Manage recruitment analytics, ATS administration, hiring KPIs, and overall recruitment operations in a high‑growth environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume and strategic hiring.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
