Recruitment Researcher Internship

About the role

Join a leading global recruitment firm as a Recruitment Researcher Intern and support the full hiring lifecycle across multiple sectors. You will work closely with managers and directors to source, assess and present top talent for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Take job briefs from managers/directors and ask targeted questions to define candidate requirements.
• Prepare market mappings and conduct proactive sourcing, shortlisting and screening of candidates.
• Conduct qualitative conversations with candidates to assess skills, knowledge and cultural fit.
• Create shortlists, candidate presentations and high‑level information packs.
• Maintain trackers and update the recruitment database with candidate progress.
• Coordinate interview logistics, prepare candidates for interviews and liaise with travel/accommodation teams when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Career‑driven, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid residency or student visa for the UAE.
