Regional Brand Manager

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a reputable chemical and manufacturing company to hire a Regional Brand Manager for the UAE. The role leads regional innovation projects, manages product portfolios, and drives growth across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional innovation projects as Project Manager, overseeing category assortment and execution of regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with global and regional R&D teams to build the regional innovation product pipeline and manage specialty projects independently.
• Drive regional growth and profitability by managing the product portfolio and identifying market opportunities.
• Execute category initiatives, including product launches, re‑launches, and innovations aligned with marketing strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Technical Services, R&D, and other stakeholders) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance, analyse usage, customer feedback, pricing, market positioning, and profitability.
• Support local sales and marketing teams by sharing best practices and delivering product knowledge training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or innovation, preferably in industrial, building materials, or B2B sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, NACE, SSPC, API) and their application.
• Experience with heat‑resistant and tank‑lining coatings is an advantage.
• Excellent project management, analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally across diverse cultures and markets.
