Regional Director

About the role

Savings UK Ltd is seeking a Regional Director to lead its Investment Management operations in Dubai, UAE. In this senior role you will shape the financial future of our clients while driving regional growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control and direct regional operations with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Ensure a positive customer experience across all stores in the assigned area.
• Develop and manage Regional Support, Regional Managers and Area Operations Managers.
• Meet or exceed sales, profitability and cost targets for the region.
• Monitor performance through data analysis of sales, costs, inventory, shrink and trends.
• Provide guidance on action plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Prepare regular financial and business reports for senior management.
• Represent regional concerns to senior leadership across functions.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee succession planning.
• Deliver training, development and performance management for direct reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial banking or loan servicing, preferably with a focus on investments or multifamily assets.
• Proven client relationship management and investment expertise.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of commercial banking operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious team player.
