About the role
We are seeking a Regional Manager – Facilities Management to lead our Total Facilities Management team across the UAE. The role oversees commercial, operational and service delivery performance of both hard and soft FM contracts, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial and contractual performance of assigned FM contracts, monitoring P&L, budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.
- Identify cost‑saving initiatives and drive revenue planning, upselling and bid support.
- Oversee execution of hard and soft FM operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, client standards and internal policies.
- Monitor resource utilization, SLA/KPI performance and maintenance programmes.
- Conduct audits, update SOPs and ensure effective use of CAFM systems for work order management.
- Lead mobilization/demobilization activities and mentor Operations Managers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews.
