About the role
Chain Reaction is seeking a Regional Marketing & PR Manager to lead brand visibility, communications, and integrated marketing across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will shape how the brand appears in‑market, how it is discussed, and how its ideas travel across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the regional marketing & PR strategy across MENA.
- Lead PR, media relations, thought leadership, awards, and speaking opportunities.
- Drive integrated campaigns across content, social, events, and partnerships.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning while adapting to local markets.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in marketing and/or PR, ideally in agency, tech, or digital environments.
- Strong understanding of MENA markets and media landscape.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability.
- Based in Dubai with regional scope and ambition.
