Regional Retail Design Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Retail Design Project Manager leads retail design initiatives across MEA markets, overseeing projects from concept through execution to ensure that every store environment aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail design projects for shop‑in‑shops, wall units, gondolas and other fixtures, reporting to headquarters.
• Review and revise 3D and technical drawings to meet brand standards while respecting retailer constraints.
• Coordinate with global project teams for new permanent spaces and adapt them for global validation.
• Liaise with retailers to prepare vendor packs and obtain all necessary opening documentation and permits.
• Oversee local agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality production, timely installation and strong relationships.
• Track budgets, negotiate costs with partners and guarantee projects stay within financial limits.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, identify risks early and propose mitigation solutions.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and provide regular status, budget and timeline reports to the Global Retail team.
• Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial and Global Retail teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent design, hand‑sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication, creative, organized and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with a flair for luxury design.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of material properties, fabrication techniques and manufacturing processes.
• Degree in design, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of retail design experience in parfums & cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Experience managing external suppliers and retailers across multiple countries.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic a plus.
