Regional Sales Manager – Middle East

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager (Middle East) will launch and grow LANDI Global’s business across the region. This strategic, hands‑on position covers the full sales cycle, from market development and lead generation to deal closure and post‑sales support, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow business within new accounts, achieving revenue, margin and delivery targets for POS, solutions and services.
• Develop close relationships with VARs, distributors and customers, increasing account penetration for payment, mobility and ECR segments.
• Drive business development by creating new opportunities with local partners in transport, mobile and financial inclusion.
• Coordinate internal actions with Marketing, Technical, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure timely support.
• Provide regular reporting using SFDC, including forecasts, account planning and market updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales or Marketing (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in POS systems, payment solutions or cash‑register software with a proven regional sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
• Hands‑on experience with POS systems and payment solutions.
