Registered Nurse - Accident & Emergency

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its Accident & Emergency department. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under the guidance of nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certification.
• At least two years of experience in your home country.
• Desired: at least three years of recent or current experience as an Accident & Emergency nurse in a hospital, and UAE experience would be beneficial.

Required skills

• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Computer literacy and MS Office.
• English verbal and written communication.
