About the role
Mediclinic Al Yahar is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its clinic in Al Ain. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while complying with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Supervise, mentor and coach nursing learners and staff to build competence and a learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic Arabic language ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
