About the role

Amana Healthcare, a long-term care and rehabilitation provider in the Middle East and GCC and part of the M42 network, is hiring a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi. The nurse provides comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, with continuous monitoring, complex treatments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment
• Operate and manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety and hospital policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 2-3 years of medical-surgical/ICU experience
• Experience with ventilators and critical care equipment
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Must be a UAE national
